It has to include a candidate calendar availability, payment platform, possibility to upload content to show in the profiles, a forum where questions are asked, possibility to organize a weekly quiz among all the members, verification process for each profile, a very good searching engine by skills, availability, score, price. It has different membership tiers and possibility to log in as an employer or as a candidate.
